ADDITIONAL COSTS

★ Backgrounds are $20-$100 USD depending on complexity.★ Revisions up to 3rd revision are free of charge. Afterwards, they are $20 USD per revision.★ Additional characters are 60% of base price each (max. 5 characters per canvas).★ Complex character designs may be charged more for $10-$40 USD.★ If you do not have adequate reference images, there is a $15-$30 USD to design a character or background without reference. For each order, I will generally need:
1) reference of what your character(s) look like
2) what kind of lighting or environment you'd like (this is optional, in case you'd like a specific mood)
3) pose and composition references (stick figures will do just fine)
4) background references (if any).

COMMISSIONING PROCESS

1) After an order is placed, I will send you a sketch with some color. This will serve to determine the composition, mood, and character poses of the final work.2) Once the sketch is accepted, we will then discuss a price we can agree on. You must make at minimum a 50% downpayment for me to continue.3) I will continue to work on the art. I'll send updates showcasing the lineart and colors until the work is finished. You may review and suggest revisions at any point of the progress.4) Once the artwork is done and accepted, the agreed price must be paid in full. I will then send you the full resolution of the finished artwork and a version with lower resolution that you can post online.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please note that these terms apply only to personal commissions! They are meant only for personal and private purposes and are not to profit from. Please contact me for any inquiries.General terms:
★ I will generally accept orders featuring: original characters, TTRPG characters, fanart, ships/pairings, (stylized) real people, yume/self-insert pairings, anthro/furries, gore/horror, suggestive art, and more.★ I will not accept orders featuring: NSFW art, offensive and/or harmful content.★ I have the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time.Payment:
★ Payment is accepted in US dollars via Paypal invoice.★ A minimum of 50% downpayment must be made after a sketch pass. Once the piece is finished, the price must be paid in full to receive the high definition file of the final product without the watermark.Copyright and usage:
I, (Bulan), the artist:
★ own the copyrights over the artwork,
★ reserve the right to publish the artwork online or otherwise, as well as put it in my portfolio.You, the client:
★ may not profit from the artwork in any way (print merchanidize, sell and distribute, mint as NFT, use for branding, etc.) and use for commercial purposes★ may publish the artwork on social media★ may print the artwork for personal uses★ cannot claim the artwork as your own work★ may not significantly alter or edit the artwork without my consent★ may not use the artwork as part of an AI training dataset.Cancellation and refund:
★ You may cancel the order at any point of the creation process, but any payments that have been made will not be refunded.★ I reserve the right to cancel the order at any point of the creation period, in which case I will give you a refund of any payments that have been made.
